Perigee moon
This image of the super moon over Heifer Project International HQ was captured May 5th, 2012. I had the camera placed on the roof of my car to get a steady shot, hence the mirror-like reflection.

Abandoned
An image I took of the back of an abandoned building on a photo jaunt last week. This is located on Highway 7 driving into Hot Springs. I'm unsure if it served as a multi-unit residence or what. I played around with processing for dramatic effect.

Smaller, smallest
One day this summer I was passing the state capitol grounds and spotted this smart car. I decided to turn around and park behind it to snap a photo for comparison.

Subdued brilliance
Taken off Highway 65 between Choctaw and Clinton. The colors were still brilliant even though skies were overcast.

A blaze of glory
I took a lot of fall foliage pictures in the Ozarks but I particularly liked the composition of this one--the contrast of the brilliant red leaves with the ashy-black bark of the tree against the blue sky. Taken along the Hemmed-in-Hollow Falls trail, Buffalo River.
