Sweet Chasity & Mile-high Pie
Chasity, one of the servers at Ed & Kay's restaurant, holding a piece of the kind of pie they're known for. I'd forgotten how cute this was or I would've uploaded it sooner. :) Oh well, enjoy anyway!

Tea at Laura's
I'm gradually becoming one of those dorky consumers who takes pictures of everything she buys! I don't typically set my cups of tea down on a doily, next to a little frog figurine.
I actually posted this picture on the "wall" of the place where I got the tea and spoon...Let's just hope this new habit doesn't carry over into less mentionable things. "Thanks for the undies, guys! They fit swell!"

UCA Harding Fountain
This was my second time out with a tripod. I was able to catch the sun setting over the building behind the UCA Fountain, a popular photography subject. The sun was definitely my buddy for the moment.

UCA Fountain
Yeeeahhh, I'd really like to delete this one because it's a little too dark, but apparently ya can't on this website. Check out my other one just like it, only lighter! :oB It's in the "Campus Life" category. (Make sure you're checking out the right one; I have another that's very similar, just taken a little further back from the fountain.)

UCA Harding Fountain
This was my second time out with a tripod. This is a little more of a panoramic view of the fountain. The sun was my buddy for the moment.

Evening UCA Fountain
I caught the sun setting over the building behind the UCA Harding Fountain this evening. Not using my tripod in this one, just holding my camera as still as I could. Another shot of a popular subject...

Shaded Longhorns
A herd of longhorns taking refuge from the mid-day summer sun. I got the feeling a few of them weren't too keen on my presence. Taken along Hwy 229.

A Serious Shot
Taking a break from gallivanting about in the Argenta District with my friend, Shawn. (Looks almost like he's doing his best Jerri Blank imitation...) - taken in the Argenta Market

Flying Fish tilapia tacos
Mmmmmm... Flying Fish. This almost always ends up being a destination of mine when I'm in the River Market. Great food and low-key atmosphere.

Old Man Carl
The result of a game of Apples to Apples, a few props lying around, and a couple of glasses of wine.
