Although dead, this tree's beauty still shines strong.

"Mourning Rain"
I took this photo right before the rain started in while I was on my way to father's grave. So I wrote this verse & dedicated it to him.
"MOURNING RAIN" To hear your cries, and see you still in so much pain; My tears begin to flood heaven and fall down on you as rain.

Petal Pusher
This bug must disagree with the groundhog's call because it looks like he's pushing the petals open.
-
Southern Snow
These tiny gorgeous flowers are about the closest that Southern Arkansas gets to seeing snow.
-
Pickin' Wildflowers
A true Southern man in the making as this son always plucks only the prettiest flowers for his mother.

Single Campernelle
The Single Campernelle daffodil is one of the most standoffish of its wild kin. Having only one bloom to a stem, it gives off a little flair with the twisted petals and flared scalloped cup. And can hypnotize anyone with its lovely fragrance.

Twice the Beauty
Two Spring Beauties in full bloom.

Beautiful day to do nothing but lay in the green grass, watch the clouds, and make a few wishes.

Untitled
The pink makes it feel like Spring is already here.

Wishful Ladd
My son making wishes as he blows the "Wisher" (that's his name for it)
