    Wilbur (For Cindy) :-)

This is Wilbur's first portrait. He was 1 day old. I love the ice blue eyes! I had waited for weeks, camera ready, family and friends warned that when it was "time", I was dropping everything and heading to the barn for a birthing photo session. I'll be dang if Sadie didn't have Wilbur during the night...missed the whole thing.

    Sadie and Wilbur

There is nothing as sweet as watching a new baby nuzzle up to his mother as he tries to master the art of nursing.

    Wispy Dreams

Dandelions have such a dreamy look.

    The Road to Gigi's

My four grandchildren run up the road, racing to Gigi's house. I love the simplicity of this...especially the fact that the youngest is perfectly content to be last.

    For Mother

The first blossom from the pink dogwood we planted 4 years ago in memory of my sweet mother...a beautiful reminder of her every Spring.

    February Sky

Arkansas sunsets just can't be beat...even from your own backyard.

  • Dutch Creek by Sandra Millsap

    Dutch Creek

On the only snow day of the winter, Dutch Creek was flowing strong. This creek usually has a muddy color, but today the water was green.

    Queen of the Mountain

Driving around the farm one cloudy, winter day, I came across this cow standing on the top of a hill. I loved the simplicity of this scene.

Calving season on the farm is always a special time.
