A dahlia I planted in my front yard. I had put name tags on all the flowers, but the sun and rain wore the ink off so I'm left wondering what each flower is supposed to be called. I call this one yellow because it's yellow. Oh and for those of you who are interested, the only post-processing done to this photo was sharpening and de-saturating the yellows. Yes, that's right, I actually took out some of the yellow.
This is a dahlia I planted in my front yard in the spring of 2006.
A red rose, taken outside my grandparents' house.
Springtime Is Here
A Trillium in the back woods at my grandparents' house.
I spent an hour taking macro shots with my grandfather last night. It was a great time. I have a bunch I'll eventually post, but I thought I'd start with this shot. What is it? I have no idea. But I think it's pretty.
Love is pink, is it not?
Desaturated Yellow Stamen
I desaturated this one a little bit.
A tiny little flowery thing at my grandparents' house. Straight from camera.
I shot this while camping.
